2. Features of JAC Coupling toothed coupling:

- JAC Coupling is more compact than any other coupling, it is also capable of handling heavy loads. There is almost no noise or vibration when the coupling operates at high speed.

- The toothed coupling does not have a rotation angle difference between the two shafts due to the coupling being misaligned, so it is possible to use a connected middle shaft or work at high speeds and in heavy applications.

3. How to properly lubricate JAC Coupling Gear:

In order for the joint to maintain full functionality and long life, the use of lubricants is very important. Thanks to the use of lubricants on the contact surface of the teeth, the tooth's ability to resist abrasion and noise and temperature increases is increased.

Here are the methods of properly lubricating the muzzle:

- After applying enough grease to the teeth of the sleeve and shaft, tighten the bolt and apply grease using a grease gun (Fig. 5) through the socket.

- Next, must plug in the other side of the grease knob to open the spray. When spraying is complete, reinstall the grease knob and plug-in

- Need to lubricate after 3 months or 2000 hours of the first run

- After 6 months or 4000 hours of operation, the coupling must be disassembled and the damaged grease removed. Then grease it to use

- Select the right grease according to the rotation speed criterion, with a temperature range of -17oC to +70oC

- Refer to the specification sheet of each coupling for the amount of grease to be injected
